Paradise Ridge was utterly destroyed in last year’s Northern California wildfires, but the good news is, the family is rebuilding.  If anyone could use a beer it’s surely Dan, so we head for Plow Brewing Co. in Santa Rosa, Calif.,  to chat about English beer, butcher boys, wine and the fires that changed everything.
